CHANGE and RETURN of Goods

In case You may need to send something back to us, please notice the following:

1. If You send it through Post of Finland, use our Consumer Return ID: 618292
The ID must be written in a special card, which is always used for Consumer Returns. You will get one from Your local Post Office. Write the following into the card and attach it to the package/shipment: 618292 SABE OY, VanhaLittoistentie 75, 20540 Turku. Also do not that none of sc. Additional services must not be used, e.g. EXPRESS/PIKA orCourier-services.

Do also note that we will not cash out any COD (Cash On Delivery) parcels!

2. If You send it through Matkahuolto/BusFreight, go to the local Busfreight agent and fill the freight forwarding document. In the document, tick “vastaanottaja maksaa rahdin” (receiver pays freight) and fill all required information. Attach the document on the parcel and give it to the personnel. Freight will be charged from us

3. Donote that all goods must be returned in their original sales packages and also be in perfect mint condition. You may not make any markings into sales packages, and Freight Documents may not be glued directly into products or their packages.
If You already have used the products it will not be accepted any more as a sc. Normal mail order return. Please then take contact with us in beforehand and request advice of how to act, and if the item can be returned.
Always preserve the receipt You will receive from freight company.

4. According to the Consumer Laws the free reimbursement period is 14 days. All goods returned to us must be in their original packages, thus in mint condition. Please also attach a note confirming Your name, address, telephone number and the reason for return.Please also attach anote confirming Your bank account numbers, in order for us to be able to refund You.

Reimbursement and right to return does not cover sc. Special orders since these products cannot be resold.(Consumer Protection Law 6:16 § 3 ja 4). Such are e.g. embroidered products and clothes with Printing.
